The organizer of this campaign is nachfolger GmbH, Böcklinstraße 59/2. A-1020 Vienna, hereinafter called nachfolger.

Eligibility

All persons at the age of 18 who live in the EU are eligible to participate.

Opportunities to participate

A participation is possible with the purchase of a nachfolger child seat. People can send their order confirmation email or their receipt as proof of purchase either by private message on Facebook or by email to info@nachfolger.com and thus automatically take part in the promotion. The chances of winning are doubled by sharing the winning campaign on Facebook! Participation is only valid as long as there are sufficient child seats in stock. The child seat is non-returnable. This promotion ends on April 30, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

Prize for the winner

The five winners will receive an exclusive Jochen Schweizer gift card worth € 200 each. The costs for travelling to the preferred destination of the winners as well as any additional costs will not be covered by nachfolger. A down payment or transfer of the prize is not possible.
nachfolger will randomly draw 5 winners among all participants – both Facebook and email participants. The winner will be notified by email on May the 10th, 2020 and announced on the Facebook and Instagram page of nachfolger.

Violation of terms of participation

In the event of a violation in the conditions of participation or in the event of deliberate or unintentional misrepresentation, nachfolger reserves the right to exclude the concerning persons from the promotion.

Limitation of liability

nachfolger is not liable for any damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in data transmission, in the event of faults in the technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data and viruses. After the prize has been handed over, nachfolger is not liable for damage of any kind.

Cancellation or termination of the competition

The opportunity to participate ends on April 30rst, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. nachfolger reserves the right to cancel or end the promotion at any time without prior notice, or to withdraw the contest by up to a max. extend of 2 weeks.

nachfolger reserves the right to change or add to these terms and conditions at any time without giving reasons, provided this is necessary in the interest of simple and secure processing and in particular to prevent misuse.

Additional information

A cash payment or transfer of the awarded Jochen Schweizer gift card is not possible. Austrian law applies to the present conditions of participation.

nachfolger assures to observe the legal provisions of data protection and to use all – also personal – data of the participants only for the purpose of the implementation of this campaign.
