Shipping Information
To topWe ship to all countries listed in our checkout field “Country”. We ship with different parcel services, selected according to availability, quality and costs. We always use DHL Express or UPS for the “express” shipping option.
If you want to ship to a country not in our list, please write us an email and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country. We will inform you of the shipping costs, since we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping options and the costs in advance.
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders are delivered Mondays to Fridays; except holidays. Please note that bad weather, seasonal peaks in shopping or holidays may delay the delivery of your order.
Shipping Cost
To topFree shipping worldwide for orders over € 75. For Orders below 75 EUR we charge 25% of the goods value.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties (e.g. customs duties) or taxes (e.g. import sales tax).
